For items currently in stock, the delivery time is approximately 1 month.
Do you provide samples for testing?
Samples are available; however, the cost of the sample and the freight charges must be covered by the customer.
What are the standard terms of payment?
For orders under $3000, 100% payment is required before shipment. For orders exceeding $3000, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment, or as negotiated.
What communication protocols do your systems support?
Our systems support multiple communication standards including RS485, CAN, and LAN, utilizing Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, and CAN2.0B protocols for seamless integration.
